April 16 marks the anniversary of the last battle fought on British soil, and one of the most critical events in Scottish history. Here we offer a short overview of the battle you can share with friends who do not know about this important, and tragic day.
On April 16, 1746 The final fight of the Jacobite rebellion took place.
The Battle of Culloden was fought on Drummossie Moor near Inverness.
